* 1 pantalons còmodes per estar pel refugi i dormir.
* 1 polar de màniga llarga.
* 1 jaqueta impermeable lleugera (cangur...)
* 5 parells de mitjons
* calçotets, calces i sotents (cadascú els que vulgui)
* llanterna o frontal
* respall de dents
* ulleres de sol, foulard i gorra.
* botes de muntanya per caminar
* xancles per estar pel refugi i descansar els peus (millor que no siguin de dit).
* cantimplora
* estris de cuina: es faran grups.
* sabó, desodorant, crema solar: es faran grups.
Mireu-vos aquesta llista amb calma i si se us acut qualsevol cosa ens ho comuniqueu ràpidament amb un comentari o via email.
3) Sessions de preparació.
Vam decidir que quedaríem cada dimecres per fer una mica d'exercici per tal de posar-nos en forma. La primera cita serà el proper dimecres a les 18h. Farem una excursió fins a les Vinyes, unes taules d'exercicis i tornarem corrent.
- Dimecres 4: Excursió, exercicis i córrer.
- Dimecres 11: Excursió en bici pel corredor.
- Dimecres 18: s'esperen propostes
- Dimecres 25: s'esperen propostes
4) Menjar
Només vam decidir que hi hauria una comissió que s'encarregaria de fer els menús i anar a comprar el menjar, ja que no seria viable que hi anéssim tots 20 (17+3).
Els monis diríem que res més, però si veieu que ens hem descuidat alguna cosa ens ho dieu i ho afegirem.
